Doug & Madi {Flint, MI Photography}

These two go together like ketchup and mustard. Like bread and butter. Like me and sugar. :) Seriously, I don't think there are many couples cuter and more well-matched than this pair. As Made wrote to Doug just the other day, "I know you're connected to a part of me that I don't even know myself." I have no doubt that they are meant to spend the rest of forever with each other.

JUST WAIT until you see what their 11-11-11 wedding will all entail. I am SOOOOO STOKED to be photographing their completely unique wedding. I mean, just wait. Your mind will be blown!

Congrats Doug and Madi. You guys are some of my favorite clients EVAH. :)

ps...Madi is a Flint-based photographer...go check out some of her work HERE.

And they met at Taco Bell. Awh.

Meranda - Class of 2012 {Grand Rapids, MI Photography}

Meranda has morphed into a butterfly right before my eyes. Cheesy? Yes, of course, but it's totally true. When I first met this girl, she was a quiet, shy youngin. Now here she is, a confident, opinionated, compassionate, smart, witty and determined young lady who will be graduating this coming spring. She has grown up right before my very eyes....sigh....

Meranda is very talented and LOVES to sing and play piano. She's a very important part of our church's and youth group's worship teams and she is very involved with her school's choir. She's planning to study all things psychology after graduation, and I know she'll totally accomplish everything she sets out to do.

I just love this girl!

Little Miss Kilah {Millington, MI Photography}

"Brandon, come over here and beat box for your daughter." says Darci. Nothing can bring a smile to little Kilah's face more than her mom and dad...but there is just something about beat boxing that makes this girl grin from ear to ear. Kilah's parents are EXTREMELY gifted musicians and amazing people. I have been so so blessed to have gotten to know Darci more over this past year.

Kilah is about to turn THE BIG ONE....I cannot believe how fast time whips by us. I hope this little red head makes your heart smile a little!

Street Whistlers and Sloppy Blog Posts {Columbiaville, MI Photography}

Yep, Hannah got stares and whistles as we went about shooting in Columbiaville, MI creating her senior portraits. And for good reason...just look at her! I just love this girl like she's my own kid...I'm so proud of her and who she is. Completely gorgeous inside and out and totally unapologetically unique....her own self. ...Not to mention she excels at everything she puts her effort into... You should totally meet her!

....and my blog posts through the next 2 weeks might be a bit, well...not as put together. I'm currently SWAMPED with work and making my blog appear pretty is not on the list of important things to do at the moment (confession: it takes A LOT of time to put together a beautifully laid blog post)! Sorry?? :) In my mind, I'd rather put together a rather sloppy blog post than to not post at all. Enjoy anyhow, and as always, thanks for stopping by!
