Tori ~ Vintage Beauty {Flint, MI Photography}

I have this lovely (growing) vintage hat collection that has been LONGING to find a head worthy of sitting upon. Tori? She's very worthy! :) I've known Tori since she was a wee girl, and let me tell you, her eyes have ALWAYS been an amazing feature of hers. She's grown into a gorgeous young lady who completely rocks the 40's era.

We had a lovely afternoon together for a completely fun shoot featuring her and my hat collection. Now will someone please tell me WHY we don't wear hats like this anymore. We NEED to. Seriously, folks.

Mark & America ~ Engaged! {Genesee, MI Photography}

Yes, when I head the news I literally screamed out loud. :) I am incredibly happy for these two and their upcoming marriage! I have known America for quite a few years now, and I have been photographing her for many of those years. This girl has been in front of my camera a few times (my followers out there may recognize her beautiful face!) and I ALWAYS enjoy her ease in front of the camera.

Mark is quite a blessed man to have such a lady by his side, and I know she's blessed to have him as well. I cannot wait for their 2013 wedding day....so many amazing details are already in the works. It will be a.m.a.z.i.n.g.

Also, just in case you're wondering who that cutie pie of a horse is, that's Mark's horse Hank. He's a sweetheart and was a lovely addition to our shoot!

Alex ~ Class of 2012 {Holly, MI Photography}

I love my job. Especially when I get to spend an unseasonably warm February Saturday afternoon at a ski hill photographing a pretty rad kid and his snowboard. Alex was amazingly easy to photograph, and I do believe you'll be able to see for yourself just how 'at ease' he was. I appreciate that. :)
