Jaiden & Jaxson - 14 months {Frankenmuth, MI Photography}

I, of course, am always thrilled to have this set of twins in front of my camera..I've been photographing them since birth (which, by the way, was SIXTEEN MONTHS ago already! Time FLIES!!) Their mama, Jessica, even joined them in the spotlight this time, as she has not had any portraits with her kiddos as of yet.

I could go on and on about how amazing Jessica is. Jessica is raising these kiddos on her own (of course, with the help of an awesome 'support staff'), has an admirable career AND is going to school. In addition to that, she is on of the gentlest, sweetest people I know. She is doing a MAGNIFICENT job....I really do think she's super-mom. She needs a cape STAT. :)

We were blessed with a wonderfully warm evening (after having to reschedule several times!) in the ever fabulous Frankenmth, MI for Jaiden & Jaxson's shoot. I just cannot believe these kiddos are walking. It seems like just yesterday they were brand new babes. They melt my heart, and I'm sure they'll melt yours, too!

Two peas in a pod, these two lovely ladies are! I'm not kidding...they have matching eyes...like, the EXACT same shade of beautiful blue. There's such a strong and visible bond between this mommy/daughter pair...it's always been there since Rylee's birth a year and a half ago.

Brent, Jenny's husband and Rylee's daddy JUST left for a year for Afghanistan, so they're asking that you please keep him in your prayers. It's tough to have a puzzle piece missing in your family for a while...they'll be the first to tell you!

In the mean time, I was blessed to have Jenny and Rylee in front of my camera for a gorgeously warm and well-lit summer evening session. I never get tired of photographing these guys.

Grandma & Grandpa even cheesed it up for a few shots...and Brent made it into this shot as well! See him? Jenny got a 'daddy doll' made for Rylee while Brent is away. Yeah, even though he's in afghanistan, Brent can hang out with his fam. ;)



Literally the moment before the sun set for the evening. DELICIOUS light, I call it. Because it so is.
